We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our company.

We are looking for young talent interested in technology that wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and start their way to become an SDR. You will join our Sales Growth team in Lisbon and work closely with the Marketing and Sales team together.

You will play a fundamental role in activating inbound leads and prospecting across all our client segments. The ideal candidate is energetic, well-spoken, eager to learn, and with a sales-driven ambition!

What you will be tasked to do:

  • Qualify and activate inbound

  • Support Enterprise team with prospecting

  • Research accounts, read industry news and trends and exchange with other peers to build and maintain an account intelligence around target lists

  • Deliver qualified leads to our sales executives (Enterprise and Growth)

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field
  • 1y work experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector

  • No prior experience in sales or short-term experience (e.g. an internship)

  • Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

  • Fluency in other languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) is an advantage

  • Portuguese / EU Passport or Permanent Work Permit for Portugal is a must
