We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is bringing Apiax’ client experience to the next level on every client touchpoint. We are convinced that our best advocate is a happy client and our Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in making our clients successful.
In a first phase, the Customer Success Manager actively accompanies our clients during roll out phase and ensures the Apiax product unfolds its full potential. In a second phase, the Customer Success Manager works on building integrated product features and services ensuring customer success. Such features and services include customer feedback loops, pro-active customer support and customer incentives to upgrade their product subscriptions.
