We're looking for a Customer Success Manager
to join our RegTech startup.


You're a strong team player, able to communicate, and pro-active with an entrepreneurial mindset.


You solve problems with a positive, "can-do" attitude and you're used to analysing multiple scenarios and selecting the most suitable path.


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is bringing Apiax’ client experience to the next level on every client touchpoint. We are convinced that our best advocate is a happy client and our Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in making our clients successful. 


In a first phase, the Customer Success Manager actively accompanies our clients during roll out phase and ensures the Apiax product unfolds its full potential. In a second phase, the Customer Success Manager works on building integrated product features and services ensuring customer success. Such features and services include customer feedback loops, pro-active customer support and customer incentives to upgrade their product subscriptions.


What you will be tasked to do:

  • Establish product roll-out procedures and standards
  • Lead client roll-out projects
  • Become the trusted advocate for our clients and ensure their long term success
  • Setup structures and KPIs for a customer success-driven organization
  • Create and introduce customer success features and services together with our product team

Requirements

  • Experience in leading client-facing tech projects and stakeholder management
  • Experience with project- and / or product roll out in large and complex organisations
  • Experience in establishing a customer success organisation
  • Solution oriented problem solver
  • Stay calm even in the most hectic situations
  • Ability to align client requirements with Apiax’ product strategy
  • Strong customer orientation and advocacy
  • Work Permit for the European Union, Switzerland or Portugal
