We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our RegTech startup.


We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team and work with our clients to drive continuous value from our products and services. You are a trusted advisor to our clients and identify opportunities to improve their journey by better understanding our clients and users. You ensure Apiax products and services unfold its full potential at our clients.

Our products are used by global financial services companies to fully automate their compliance processes as well as by the most reputable global law firms to provide their knowledge through digital channels. Apiax products connect consumers and providers of regulatory data and fuels any digital initiative with a compliance-by-design approach.

The company is at a stage of strong growth. The successful candidate will be collaborating with all teams along the customer journey, optimizing our customer’s experience and creating influential customer advocates of our products and services.


What you will be tasked to do:

  • Identify critical customer success factors and manage the delivery of those objectives collaboratively across teams
  • Analyze the full customer journey and drive measures to improve the overall experience and efficiency
  • Support and validate new features and solutions driven by customer data and trends
  • Responsible for customer insight campaigns
  • Advocate for customer needs and be the voice of the customer in decision-making
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing increase the effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Provide support to our users to solve complex issues and questions
  • Support our technical writers with the improvement of product use cases and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Experience working across multiple diverse teams
  • Fast learning and a forward-thinking personality with broad skills in business analysis, consulting and process optimization
  • Ability to quickly understand the bigger picture and get into details where necessary
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as a structured work approach
  • Empathic and trustworthy personality
  • Passion for technology and the ability to leverage its benefits
  • Previous experience in a client-facing, customer success or consulting role is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, German or French is a plus
