We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our RegTech startup.

 

You help Apiax to market and sell our offering. You will have a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers for Apiax. You will be part of the marketing team and work closely with an interdisciplinary team of product, marketing, sales and customer success specialists.

What you will be tasked to do

  • Generate a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads, leveraging all aspects of the demand channel
  • Develop creative techniques to reach high-value account targets
  • Understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of Apiax 
  • Develop strong relationships with marketing and sales reps to approach challenges collaboratively 
  • Track and report on performance metrics, using this data to continually optimize your work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, journalism, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a marketing role or organization
  • Experience using marketing automation tools and a CRM
  • Previous experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing is a plus
  • Ready to take ownership, hungry for results
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
  • Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, ready to adapt to a changing environment
  • Portuguese or other EU passport with a work-permit for Portugal
