We are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our RegTech startup.
As a Growth Hacker, you will spearhead Apiax's customer growth. You’ll find creative ways to generate leads, working closely with an interdisciplinary team of marketing, sales, product, and customer success specialists.

What you will be tasked to do
- Generate a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads
- Develop and test traditional as well as creative ideas on how to generate leads
- Leverage channels such as web, email, ads, content, social, community, product, etc.
- Prioritize and optimize growth channels to improve performance
- Drive traffic to Apiax's website, social media accounts, etc.
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks to Apiax’s business

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, journalism, or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in growth hacking, demand generation, or marketing
- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit with a do whatever it takes attitude
- Experience using marketing automation tools and a CRM
- Previous experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing is a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
- Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, ready to adapt to a changing environment
- Portuguese or other EU passport with a work-permit for Portugal
